Refine cheese with Claudia

Would you like to live the experience to refine Pecorino cheese using aromatized red wine, wild herbs, black pepper, walnut leaves and putting the cheese wheels in terracotta jars, oak barrels or wooden chest? Claudia and her mother will teach you how to do all of this.

You are going to live this experience, dating back to the Middle Age, in a sandstone grotto situated in the medieval town centre of Mondavio, an historic town in Le Marche region.
